Short Description

The Fiber Reinforced Pipe Extrusion Line is designed for producing multi-layer plastic composite pipes reinforced with high-strength polyester or glass fiber mesh.These pipes combine the corrosion resistance and smooth surface of plastic materials with the high mechanical strength of fiber reinforcement, making them ideal for applications in pressure water supply, irrigation, and industrial fluid transport.

The production line ensures stable extrusion, precise fiber winding, and excellent bonding between layers, resulting in pipes with high pressure resistance, low weight, and long service life.

Mixing and Granulation

Extrusion and Inner Layer Forming

Raw materials such as PVC or PE resin are mixed with stabilizers and additives, then granulated to form uniform pellets. This ensures stable plasticization and consistent pipe quality during extrusion.

The single screw extruder melts the granules and forms the inner pipe layer through a precision extrusion die. This layer provides the base structure and smooth internal surface.

Fiber Reinforcement and Outer Layer Extrusion

Water tank

A high-speed fiber winding unit wraps reinforced fiber evenly around the pipe, followed by a second extruder that coats and bonds the outer plastic layer. The result is a strong, pressure-resistant composite pipe.

The four meters long water tank ensures the produced pipe cooled and shaped with cold water spraying.

Belt haul-off

Heating oven

The two belt ensures the PVC braided tube moving forward stably and smoothly. 

It will have two heating ovens for the complete extrusion line.

Double disk coiler

Final produced tube

The produced PVC braided tube will be coiled by the winder machine. It will be much easy for the product transportation.

It could be used as fire retardant tube.
