16-1200mm Plastic Extruder/Pipe Production Line/LDPE LLDPE Pipe Making Machine
For the polyethylene pipe production line, the raw material is PE pellets. We have vacuum sucking loder and hopper dryer to ensure the raw material with the best performance and dry of humidity. For the polyethylene pipe extrusion line, we choose 65/33 55kw extruder ensuring 250-300kg/h output. The mould is 40Cr with copper calibrators. The vacuum tank is 9 meters long and spraying cooling tank is also 9 meters long. The length of the vacuum and cooling tank ensures enough cooling for the produced HDPE pipe. We used best quality nozzles and stainless steel tank. The Saw cutter has servo motor and hydralic to shorten the cutter working circle. The extruder are crafted with top brand components to ensure production stability, efficiency and machine durability. Our extruder allocate international standard single screw and barrel. The screw has strong rigidity ensuring long service life and distinguished plasticizing effect.
The mould has spacious flow channel design to guarantee high extrusion capacity and good melting effect.
It is made and inspected by the experienced manufacturer. The optimized temperature control and flow channel design ensures precise melt temperature control.

Vacuum and cooling tank
Haul-off Unit
The vacuum calibration tank adopts stainless 304 steel. The excellent vacuum system ensures precise sizing for pipes. The holder in first step of the vacuum calibration tank guarantees the pipe shaped and provides extra power for the pipes moving on.
The belt on the haul-off machine ensures produced pipe running stably and steady. utilize a unique mechanism to prevent pipe ovality while our unique belt design assures proper pulling without slippage.
