Short description:
The Agglomerator Machine is often used to processing waste PE PP Plastic film. The waste plastic being fed into the pot of machine, the high-speed rotating blade and the fixed blade shear the materials by rotation, so that the material will soon be cut into pieces, chopped or sheet of material under centrifugal force rotation of the cutter. Its blades material is Cr60# (Springsteels). The processed material is PE/PP/LDPE/HDPE bags and film, PP/PE/PVC/poly/nylon/some soft pipe/silk materials
The function of agglomerator is compacting crushed films/bags, largely improve the output of pelletizer.

Processing Description:
After the waste plastic being feed into the pot of machine, the high-speed rotating blade and the fixed blade shear the materials by rotation, so that the material will soon be cut into pieces, chopped or sheet of material under centrifugal force rotation of the cutter, along the pot wall flow while under the effect of pulp material and that flip up and down movement of the center of the pot to the direction all round of the pot. 
Due to the friction between itself and the friction material at high speed and the pot wall and the blade, a lot of frictional heat will be produced, the material temperature rose rapidly to reach semi-plasticized state. adhesion to each other into small pieces. Add the gauging water before the material to be agglomerated, all previously prepared material sprayed into the cold water on hot materials, evaporated quickly, heat is taken away by the material surface, so that rapid cooling to prevent caking material surface, then through rotation of the blade by blade and the fixed crushing action,plastic raw materials will be chopped a particle (size pellets of irregular heartbeat). 

High speed agglomerator is a device that directly granulates discarded thermoplastic films and products with a wall thickness of less than 2 millimeters. It can pelletize discarded products or films of soft polyvinyl chloride, high and low pressure polyethylene, polystyrene, polypropylene, and other thermoplastic plastics, as well as waste products of foamed polystyrene.
Before the material is about to clump, spray all the pre prepared quantitative water into the material. When cold water encounters hot material, it quickly vaporizes, taking away the surface heat of the material. This causes the surface of the material to cool sharply to prevent clumping. Then, through the crushing effect between the rotating blade and the fixed blade, it is cut into particles (irregularly sized particles). During the chopping process, appropriate pigments can also be added as needed for coloring.

PS:The granules produced by this machine can be directly used for extruders and injection machines. For products with strict requirements, they can also be extruded and granulated first, then plasticized and granulated before use.
