Short description
For the pvc pipe and profile extrusion factory, the crusher machine is necessary. Before the official and normal production of the plastic product, plenty of wasted plastic will be extruded. If throw them away, the production cost will be much higher. By the crushing machine , the wasted plastic can be crushed into small particles. Through the milling , the powder can be feed into extruder and make it into new plastic product.
Special Design for High Efficiency
According to the different material and different product form. The blade structure of the crusher is different, so that the crushing efficiency can be guaranteed.
For example the crusher for PE/PP film, the crusher machine blade structure is V shape. The float washing tank have 5 roller on the top, the last roller control by inverter. rigid plastic will be drain out in the bottom. the friction washer machine will pre-washing material and remover dirty water and so on ,it has 1200RPM.plastic dewatering machine with 1500RPM Spin to remover dirty water. the finnally moisture content 5~8%.
