630-1200MM Polyethylene Production Line:
For the polyethylene pipe production line, the raw material is PE pellets. We have vacuum sucking loder and hopper dryer to ensure the raw material with the best performance and dry of humidity. For the polyethylene pipe extrusion line, we choose 120/38 355kw extruder ensuring 1700kg/h output. The mould is 40Cr with copper calibrators. The vacuum tank is 9 meters long and spraying cooling tank is also 9 meters long. The length of the vacuum and cooling tank ensures enough cooling for the produced HDPE pipe. We used best quality nozzles and stainless steel tank. The Saw cutter has servo motor and hydralic to shorten the cutter working circle. We provide 3 engineers commssioning and training at site and lifelong aftersales. Usually, our quotation contains FOB Shanghai as a shipment condition. This means the shipping cost between the delivery and destination ports will not be included in the quotation. The shipping cost fluctuates according to the delivery company and shipping date. Langbo can help customers to get the latest shipping price. Customers decide if we add the shipping cost to the quotation or choose a shipping agent by themselves.
