Short Description

This plastic dryer, a core pre-processing device for plastic production lines, is suitable for PE, PVC, PP, recycled plastics and color masterbatches. It efficiently removes moisture to prevent bubble-like defects, ensuring stable quality for subsequent processes, and features a 40-120℃ adjustable hot air circulation system to dry materials to below 0.5% moisture with low energy consumption. An internal inverted hopper guides material flow, while a built-in magnetic rack absorbs metal impurities.

Equipped with a high-efficiency fan that drives the hot air circulation system, ensuring uniform air distribution inside the barrel for fast and consistent drying, while adopting low-noise design to fit workshop environments. 

A built-in high-strength magnetic frame absorbs metal impurities from materials during the drying process, protecting subsequent precision equipment from wear and ensuring material purity.
