Short description

The plastic pipe belling machine, plastic pipe socketing machine, pipe socket making machine is an optional part of the plastic pipe production line. It can manufacture the socket end of pipes with types of "U", "R" and rectangular. 
The processed pipe can be PVC or PP material. The belling process should be done in the belling oven with vacuum shaping inside core of belling mould aand water cooling outside the pipe in order to get the precise socket.

Applications

The "U" socket pvc pipe could be used in water supply system, drainage and severage system, agricultural irrigation system, industrial application, conduit for electrical and telecommunication cables. 
The "R" socket pvc pipe is designed with a special socket end that incorporates a rubber ring or gasket to create a watertight and flexibe seal. It could be used in underground water mains,stormwater drainage, landscape irrigation, wastewater treatment plants,gas distribution.
The rectangular PVC/PP pipe sockets are specialized connectors designed for use with rectangular or square PVC pipes, which are less common than round pipes but are used in specific applications where their shape provides  functional or aesthetic benfits. It could be used in ventilation ducts, electrical conduits, telecommunication infrastructure, plumbing and drainage systems,framework construction, furniture and fixtures, water channels, supporting structures.

1. This belling machines can socket PP and PVC pipes in the range of 20mm up to 400mm. 
2. We offer ABB Touch screen and PLC control system which is more easy-operation.  
3. Special Internal heating system using inferred heaters will provide homogenous heat inside the pipe.     
4. We use Hydraulic system for socketing of pipe which make the socketing process faster and much reliable and pneumatic systems are used in moving components.    
5. The machine has portable holder sending the pipe to the two tanks for heating and belling. 
6. It has conversion switches of expansion solvent plug (direct type) and expansion flexibility sealing washer type plug (R type) in control panel, so it is very convenient to choose the way of tube expansion, with strong craft adaptability.
