Product Description

The production is designed for producing flexible corrugated pipes made from PE, PP, or PVC materials. These pipes are widely used for wire protection, drainage, ventilation, and automotive applications. The production line ensures stable performance, high output, and uniform pipe forming through precision temperature control and optimized die design.

Processing Process

Plastic granules are fed into the hopper and melted in the extruder under controlled temperature and pressure. The molten material is then shaped in the corrugation mould by vacuum or pressure forming. After shaping, the corrugated pipes are water-cooled to stabilize their form. The cooled pipes are automatically cut to the required length and collected by the coiler for inspection and packing.

Designed with a specially structured screw and barrel for efficient plasticizing and melting of HDPE/PP materials, providing uniform extrusion pressure and consistent output.

The heart of the production line — uses vacuum forming technology and precision-engineered mould blocks to create uniform corrugations and smooth inner walls. The mould chain can be quickly replaced to switch pipe sizes.

Cooling System (Air & Water)

Automatic Cutting or Winding Unit

A combined air and water cooling system rapidly stabilizes pipe shape and ensures high dimensional accuracy while maintaining production speed.

Depending on pipe size, the finished pipes are either cut to preset lengths or automatically wound into coils for easy storage and transport.
