Zhangjiagang Langbo Machinery provides a full PVC/UPVC pipe production line, capable of manufacturing pipes with diameters ranging from 16mm to 800mm. This versatile line accommodates pipes of varying diameters and wall thicknesses, suitable for applications such as electrical conduits, agricultural plumbing, and construction plumbing.
Application

Producting process
PVC powder + additives → Mixing → Material feeder → Twin-screw extruder → Mould and calibrator → Vacuum and cooling tank → Spraying cooling machine → Haul-off machine → Cutting machine → Discharge rack or pipe belling machine.
